When Audio output changes Volume will not control

Description

When my plug in my eyephone if audio relay still connect, it will be the max volume,and can’t be control by computer neiter bluetooth handphone too

Let me know if this is correct:
When you plug your Bluetooth headset while connected to your PC in AudioRelay, the volume is set to the max on your phone and you can’t change the volume?
