I followed the instructions for how to Use your phone as a mic for a Linux PC but can not get it working.

I’m wondering if there is any difference in configuration steps now that my KDE desktop uses Pipewire rather than Pulseaudio?

Figured out that I just needed to reboot the system for it to work. ;)

Do you remember which step didn’t work?
For example, was the appropriate audio device missing from the list in AudioRelay?
