Usb tethering is on but cant connect to server

Description

i enabled usb debugging, then usb tethering, (not via the audio relay app), and as i went to audiorelay to connect to the server the option wasnt available, audiorelay is running on both the server and the mobile device. connecting via IP isnt working either with a seperate issue, i was wondering why i cant see an option to stream audio from server to mobile device, if someone can help me troubleshoot i would really appreciate it

The firewall could be blocking access.
When enabling USB tethering, a new network/adapter should appear in Windows’ network settings. Could you please try to switch this network from public to private?
