Resume playback setting
After headphones or a Bluetooth device are disconnected, AudioRelay should wait for a bit (30 secs? 5 min?) in case the user reconnect their device. If that’s the case, it should reconnect to the last server.

I guess the app should resume playback even if the user plugs in a different device?
Continue playing on output changes setting
Another setting could make AudioRelay ignore these events and make it continue playing even after headphones are unplugged.
