In the Player screen of AudioRelay for Desktop, what audio device have you selected?
How do you listen to your PC’s audio? Via headphones/speakers plugged into your PC?

Would you mind explaining how you solved it? It could help someone else with the same issue.
I make my integrated speakers my default system, and then selected the speakers as audio device in audio relay. The problem there is putting cable input in server as a audio device so it play’s the microphone and audio.
