Is it possible to stream audio from a Linux PC to a phone and use the phone's microphone to the computer at the same time?

I plug my headset into my phone and play audio from my computer to my phone so I can use some apps from my phone (via scrcpy) and still be able to listen to music, sound notifications from chat apps on Ubuntu.
Now I want to use Discord/Skype on my Linux, and connect my phone’s microphone to Ubuntu.

Is it possible to use these two functions at the same time?

Is it possible to reverse this logic?

I tried but the latency is a bit high, at least over Wifi network.
If via USB cable, it’s better, although I have to keep the screen on for the application to work.
