How to introduce manual delay if phone is connected via USB

I am using Voicemeter Potato which offers inherent option to play up to 5 speakers together.

I am playing one speaker on aux audio
Another on bluetooth
Another on USB plug and play

Now, I downloaded AudioRelay on my Windows laptop and on mobile as well and it plays together with the above three speakers…

Now, since the bluetooth speaker at No.2 above has got some lag hence inducing manual latency in other two speaker outputs through the Voicemeter app, the output becomes perfectly synced for the three speakers and it feels awesome.

BUT THERE IS NO OPTION TO INDUCE MANUAL DELAY IN AUDIORELAY APP SO THAT THE OUTPUT CAN BE SYNCED WITH OTHERS… IT BECOMES VERY IRKSOME…

ANY IDEAS PEOPLE! PL!

Would using VB-Cable work?
You select VB-Cable as another hardware output in Voicemeeter, set some delay and then select VB-Cable in AudioRelay.

Otherwise, go to AudioRelay for Android → Settings → Buffer amount → custom and set a minimum buffer.
