Error on startup: Child process exited with code 3221225477

Problem: When I start the application it just turns off and then says “Child process exited with code 3221225477”

PC Specs:

CPU: intel core i9 12th gen
GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Ti 12GB VRAM
RAM: DDR5 64GB RAM
STORAGE: 4TB SSD
