Can AudioRelay be used to send sound from one PC to another?

I am a new Audiorelay user and it works well sending audio from my PC to my Android tablet over my LAN. Is there a client application available for PC whereby I can send audio from one PC to another over my LAN?

The same application can do that. One PC selects Server from the sidebar, the other selects Player, and connect to each other like that
