WO Mic doesn’t support my old phone model, so I installed AudioRelay a while ago and it was working great, I’d be able to use my phone as a microphone no problem.
A while ago though I had to change my internet provider and switched from VDSL to optic fiber, I temporarily used one of those limited-data, wireless Wi-Fi boxes during the transition period when I had no modem installed, and now I have an optic fiber modem installed in my house, AudioRelay does not work on either of those.
Both my phone and PC are connected to the new network as usual.
Previously, my PC would automatically detect when my phone was sending audio and I would connect to the server in one click, now, it didn’t do that, the list of available servers is empty.
So I tried the second option and manually typed in the IP address from the phone app, and it would actually connect, both devices would actually display the other’s name showing they’re connected, except no audio would come through, and my latency and buffer stats are shown as 0 and N/A.
On my phone it shows the capture latency updating in real time, so App is sending audio, but the Windows app is not receiving it for some reason.
Please help, I really don’t know what to do.
What was so special about my old Wi-Fi network?
