Audio Relay literally just doesn't open

So I’ve formated my pc and just installed audio relay, on the surface it seemed fine, but the moment I restarted the pc it just refused to open again (actually although the app literally doesn’t open, you can catch 2 glimpses (two "audio relays) of it in the task manager)

Unfortunatly I couldn’t run the error log because it kept saying The system cannot find the path specified. Even though I did it in correct order

RTX 2060S
Ryzen 3500X

just end all the instances in the task manager and then try reopening the audio relay. it worked for me.
