Audio Relay not opening.

When I using window 10,
This method can work for me to open audio Relay
Method:

Open a command prompt
Run cd “c:\Program Files (x86)\AudioRelay”
Run .\runtime\bin\java.exe -cp “app/audiorelay.jar” com.azefsw.audioconnect.desktop.app.MainKt > %USERPROFILE%/desktop/output.log 2>&1
"
But right now, this is not working on windows 11
