I am facing this issue. I have tried many ways to fix this but I couldn’t. please help me

Depending on your version you could see 1 of these errors: ClientListenerException (Socket error 10013) BIND_SOCKET_ERROR An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions A restart will probably solve this, but if you’d like to help solve the issue for good, please provide the requested info.
