On cell phone, it connects quietly and no error message appears. But on the computer “Status Unavailable” appears and if I press some side of the application it disappears.
(If I have a spelling problem, it is that I speak Spanish and use the translator)

Could you please try the new version? You can just try the Windows version at first.
If there’s still an issue, could you post the logs found through the settings?
